Descriptions:
This is a very interesting piece of bare land hay and pasture with lots of water. A springfed pond is the centerpiece with rolling topography and a view of the hills to the west. There are plenty of great building sites and although there is no well at present, the property is believed to be on the famous Carmangay channel with large producing wells on the neighboring property. The two ponds support various waterfowl throughout the summer and particularly in the fall and while privately off the highway by a half a mile, still close enough for the commuter to have easy access.
