The single-family benchmark price for October is $513,500 a 9.72% increase year over year. The Condominium apartment benchmark price is $299,800 up 8.58% and the townhouse benchmark price is $337,800 up 9.75%. Overall sales for the month totaled 2,147 units, compared with 1,948 during the same period last year up 10.22%.
Net migration, strong employment with rising wages, tight rental market and low interest rates; have supported the demand in our housing sector.
