Inventory climbs in Calgary's housing market. Year-over-year new listing growth eased from 37% in January to only 9% in February. Here is a quick market snapshot for February 2015.

The detached benchmark price for February is $516,000 a 6.00% increase year-over-year. The apartment benchmark price is $296,000 up 4.34% and the attached benchmark price is $354,600 up 6.07%. Overall sales for the month totaled 1,217 units, compared with 1,850 during the same period last year.
